Once we decided on the car, Hamad sat with me for hours going through all of the features of the car, and he didn’t leave until he was sure I had it down. Kim Graney (so nice) answered all of our initial questions promptly, found the vehicle we were looking for, and set us up with initial numbers/deposit and a sales representative. Greg Sims (sales) was very pleasant without any pressure, helped with all of our questions and approval process in short order, and set up a delivery time promptly. He had the initial paperwork ready for signature with copies made, as soon as we arrived (very quick process.) All financial numbers lined up with what was agreed upon previously. The car was prepped and showroom clean with tags and registration, ready for pick up same day (amazing.) Carlos Gonzales was excellent, making the Finance office process short and sweet, again providing numbers that perfectly aligned with what was agreed upon and no pressure tactics (only suggesting what might add benefit to our purchase.) This team made our purchase a top notch overall experience for my wife and myself. I would highly recommend DCH Paramus Honda to anyone shopping for a new Honda. We are thrilled! More

This is my second car with Alex Bernabe, my first one was a 2020 Honda Civic Sport and now I have a 2022 Honda Accord Sport. The amazing, once again! This is my second car with Alex Bernabe, my first one was a 2020 Honda Civic Sport and now I have a 2022 Honda Accord Sport. The reason why I came back and will continue to come back is 1) Alex is very professional in the way he speaks and carries himself, 2) He is not pushy and is very genuine, 3) He helps you understand the numbers and how people's financial background and overall lifestyle may impact the numbers you want or the car you want. Additionally, the desk manager Lenny is amazing! He was so welcoming and warm when we finally closed the deal. Easy to talk to and came in with a smile when he sat down and spoke to me. We went over the numbers and a little bit about my background and what I do for a living. As a consumer, sometimes it's not about the sale itself, but creating rapport. Knowing that the sales person, desk manager and finance manager is there to actually help you. Hence, why I will continue to buy from Alex Bernabe and lease with DCH Paramus Honda. Carlos Gonzalez the Finance Manager is also amazing! I went to high school with this sweet person and he has always been a genuine soul. I am very proud of him and his hard work. Even though we personally know each other outside of the sale, he was very professional and understood what I needed as far as warranty. He informed me of what was best for my new car, but was not pushy. Overall, I do not see myself taking my business anywhere else and I will continue to support DCH Paramus Honda just because, of the outstanding service/experience they provide!
