Carlos was great, really was responsive and helpful throughout the process. The only issue was the follow-up on the finance side. Apparently, someone hurt their back and our deal fell through the cra throughout the process. The only issue was the follow-up on the finance side. Apparently, someone hurt their back and our deal fell through the cracks. I ended up escalating a few times through the GM (EA) and she got things rolling for us again.
