I had 4 separate meetings and at no time did I feel harassed to buy t This was the first time I have ever purchased a car without the sales pressure. I had 4 separate meetings and at no time did I feel harassed to buy the car. The first occasion (with Carlos A) I just wanted to look at the available colors. Carlos was fine with that. I then set up a meeting to look at cars. This time (with Francys) we discussed in more detail what I was looking for. I was then shown a few cars and test drove one. As I wanted to think about it further, I left, setting up a 3rd meeting to discuss the price. Negotiations (with Kenny) were easy (I had done my homework and had an approximate figure in mind). I showed my figures to Kenny who worked with management to come to an acceptable price and we made a deal. My 4th and final visit was to pick up the car and to be shown all the wonderful safety features included in my beautiful new car. I greatly appreciated that they allowed me to take my time. I did not receive 50 phone calls pressuring me, nor did I ever hear the dreaded phrase "what can we do to make this happen?". I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership or any of their associates. More
