Only complaint I have is I had GM friends discount number and wasn't able to use it. .my friend went to the trouble of getting for me now I have to tell him I didn't get to use it. Their professionalism and knowledge is unsurpassed…..I have never experienced such polite and outstanding customer service with a vehicle! When we purchased the car we worked with Carla and she was very accommodating. The concierge at the end who helped me set up my car was also great. Yesterday ( 12/11/25) I had a service appointment and Travis was fantastic as well. He kept me informed and treated me with respect and appreciation. I will also add that while I was waiting for the vehicle every employee that passed through the lounge said hello! What a nice touch! As previously stated….I live 15 minutes from two huge area dealers yet I will drive an hour to Sepaugh because of how I am treated as a customer. From the time we purchased the car to every service visit the experience has been wonderful. I highly recommend this dealership. More
