I was very upset when I checked my bill of 5/1 on my 15 Lexus. 1 was charged 40 to check a tire which I replaced. I asked Phil Short to remove the 40 charge and he refused. I was also upset with the 3% charge for using credit card. My neighbors told me no other dealer charges for using a credit card. I purchased a 25 Lexus and hope I am treated better when I need service. More

I was sold a 5 year warranty for 9k by the finance guy only to find out after that as certified pre-owned it comes with 2 year same warranty-- which is all I need -- so I feel they cheated me out of 9k by only to find out after that as certified pre-owned it comes with 2 year same warranty-- which is all I need -- so I feel they cheated me out of 9k by not explaining the 2 year warranty I had without any further cost (the rest of the experience was great-- but this really angered me More

Unhappy! Extremely upset when I picked up my “new” 2020 Lexus RX 350. The car had not been cleaned inside. The doors and carpet were clean, but the console a Extremely upset when I picked up my “new” 2020 Lexus RX 350. The car had not been cleaned inside. The doors and carpet were clean, but the console and dash and mirror and visors were not at all clean! And then I received only one fob! I turned in a car with 2 fobs, and I fully expected to receive 2 fobs with my new car. Additionally, the one fob now needs a new battery - after less than one week. Does nobody check these things?! The visors and ceiling have spots on them that look like they could easily be cleaned… But they were not. The Lexus logo on the back of the car fell off! It was laying on the ground next to my car and now it has a big crack in it. There are parts ordered for my car. I have had no update on that. Also, my phone was synced up with the Bluetooth, but it is not working properly. Words cannot convey my disappointment! Just really does not seem like the same dealership since it was sold. More
