We walked all over the lot and he helped me zero in on exactly which car would fit my body, my bad back needed auto seat adjustment so I wouldn't twist it, the right size; not too large or small, etc. I felt like Goldilocks, but Carl found just the right car for just the right price and made my husband and I feel very satisfied.
