Carl stood out as a true professional. He didn't attempt to strong-arm the process nor utilize high-pressure tactics, try to hide fees, or twist policies but instead listened to my needs, respected my ability to negotiate, and treated me with genuine respect throughout the process. This was a stark contrast to every other dealership I spoke with in the area. As someone with extensive negotiation experience, I can tell when a salesperson is being disingenuous. From the moment we shook hands, Carl was nothing but straightforward and transparent.
