Once in a while you meet someone like Ashley Dykstra, a Kia Service Advisor at Southside Kia in Jacksonville, FL who’s genuinely warm, friendly, and happy, working a sometimes thankless stressful job. A p Kia Service Advisor at Southside Kia in Jacksonville, FL who’s genuinely warm, friendly, and happy, working a sometimes thankless stressful job. A person who is a true problem solver who quickly and immediately provides exceptional service. We had a major engine issue with our 2017 Kia Sorento LX 2.4 Liter automobile, and didn’t really know what to do. Whenever I called her, she immediately looked into things, and got back to me with solutions, in a very timely manner. We must have spoken and/or texted each other, a dozen different times, over the course of a couple of weeks. She took care of everything including the car rental, scheduling for repairs, etc with the help of her other co-workers/teammates Robbie and Carisa. Together they all get an AAA+ from me and my wife Tina. I would really like to encourage other Kia Service Advisors and workers, to be more like them and work as a team. The reality is that many people like me, really do appreciate the hard work, they put in! More

I have had my car since May 2020 and have utilized the services of Southside Kia. My service advisor/manager Carisa Bird is wonderful. Her team of technicians never fails me. I have never had a bad experi services of Southside Kia. My service advisor/manager Carisa Bird is wonderful. Her team of technicians never fails me. I have never had a bad experience here. From the beginning with the intake clerks to finalizing our bill with the cashier it has been awsome. More

Working with Carisa to have my engine replaced (Powertrain Warranty!) was such a professional yet personable experience. She kept in touch every step of the way to make sure I knew what was happen (Powertrain Warranty!) was such a professional yet personable experience. She kept in touch every step of the way to make sure I knew what was happening. The warranty also includes a rental car for the days I was without my Soul. I would gladly recommend Kia Southside for superior service. More

Service Center staff were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. My first appointment I dropped off to get 4 recalls done. On arrival i was told they had to order the 2 parts and i have to come back mind you the appointment was scheduled 2 weeks prior. I was told I was going to be getting a call once parts come in to schedule. 1 month went by no call so i called and asked if there is a back up on parts or why i haven’t heard anything and then was told my parts are here so the probably been there but was never called. After my first appointment there my car stopped working and i was stranded 2 hrs from home and had to call roadside assistance. Coming to find out my positive terminal on my battery was completely loose which means kia’s technician did not properly screwed it back on. Second appointment getting my final recalls done. I leave to go home and check my battery to make sure it is connected correctly now my engine cover was missing. I immediately messaged the service adviser and was told they let me know in the morning if my cover is laying around somewhere. Next morning after i havent heard anything i contacted them again and was told yes my engine cover is there. Now i had to drive back there 25 minutes on my only day off to pick that up. I also want to mention my friend purchased a new kia sportage there brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation. After she left there her steering wheel would vibrate badly so she had to go back there and they try to tell her maybe she needs new rotors mind you her car is brand new and only had under 10 k miles on. Well coming to find out they didnt properly i stalled the tires back at the last tire rotation. This is a safety concern for sure and can cause serious damage and harm. I definitely wont be back at this location. More
