I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Lexus of Cleveland, especially working with Candice. This was not a simple car purchase—it was a complicated trade-in involving a title with both Lexus of Cleveland, especially working with Candice. This was not a simple car purchase—it was a complicated trade-in involving a title with both my name and my father’s name on it, I live 2 hours away and my dad lives in Thailand nine months out of the year. That meant coordinating signatures, documents, and conversations across a 12-hour time difference. Candice handled all of this with incredible kindness, patience, and dedication. She coordinated communication with my dad, sent pictures, stayed on top of every detail, and truly went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. Ultimately, we weren’t able to complete the trade-in on time due to the title not being available—but despite that, the dealership honored the trade value they had promised anyway. That level of integrity and willingness to “jump through flaming hoops” for a customer is rare, and it meant everything to me. I also want to give a huge thank-you to Tori, who helped with the financial documents and title work, and Tom, who assisted behind the scenes with assessing the vehicle and other important details. The teamwork was seamless, and everyone I interacted with was warm, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me. When I finally purchased the car, they made the moment feel truly special—pulling the car into the showroom and having employees come out clapping and celebrating. It didn’t feel transactional at all. I could tell they truly wanted the best for me, not just a sale.
