I made it earlier than expected, he showed me a Grand Highlander that met all of my wishlist (and much much more), got me a great number on my trade and still didn’t pressure when we started talking numbers. It’s very refreshing to be given time to make a decision. I hadn’t intended to purchase that day. I thought I was going to make a future deal…I got lucky! I was introduced to the service department and told where to go for anything I’ll need. Candace in the financing department was also amazing…very good explanations and no pressure!
