I have been having an issue with a part for my car for almost a year. Cameron was assigned as my new advisor. Once I explained the situation to him, he stayed on top of everything. I purchased a used 2019 BMW X3 that had prior front body repair completed before delivery. The vehicle was returned to us on October 11, and since then it has been driven less than 1,000 miles. We have now repair completed before delivery. The vehicle was returned to us on October 11, and since then it has been driven less than 1,000 miles. We have now started experiencing issues while turning and applying the brakes. These issues were not disclosed at the time of purchase. We brought the vehicle back for inspection, and it was kept for two days but returned without the problem being resolved. Given that this concerns steering and braking, this is a safety issue. I request a thorough diagnostic evaluation and a proper resolution at the earliest. More
