Service manager was great. However service department was AWFUL. Came for an oil change on Friday, however they didn’t do it properly. While I was out of town my oil read critically low and had to go out of my way to get oil in my car at a different company on Sunday, not even two days later. Can’t believe a luxury car dealership would be so negligent. More

Cameron and check in were wonderful. Swift, polite and helpful. The tech who sent the service video was very kind, explained everything, and returned my car promptly. Everything BMW staff helped me with were top notch and the service I would expect. The “loaner” (really a rental car) with Hertz was quite the disappointment. While I was in and out with the checkin of my vehicle and with all BMW staff, on the contrary I spent close to 30 minutes getting the rental between waiting and filling out paperwork. Not only was the process extremely slow (though the workers were cordial), but the vehicle and fact of having to put deposit and sign for insurances etc is totally nowhere what I would expect of BMW. Never in my life have I experienced going to a dealer for service and been given a rental car(rather than a true loaner and easy process), let alone a vehicle that was not the make of the dealer —BMW. Ford, Lexus, Toyota, Genesis… any dealer I have EVER used in my life has given me a true LOANER not a tedious rental car process, and given me a car that met the standards of the dealer— not a basic Chevy Malibu. Come on, this is BMW, not Chevy! I expect a higher caliber of offerings and support from BMW. You should be providing demo cars and have customers working with in house staff, not a 3rd party with subpar performance. More

Cameron was easy and great to work with. I was disappointed with the rental- as they had given me a vehicle with a battery light on. I ended up not driving it the week they had my car as i I was disappointed with the rental- as they had given me a vehicle with a battery light on.
