While Justin was friendly and professional when he took my money, I didn't care for him schmoozing me when it came to signing me up for a maintenance pkg. If there are different levels available, show me the list and let me choose. If i turn down the most expensive option, don't tell me you can give me "a deal" because I'm a first time buyier with Honda. Seriously, Justin, I'm blond by choice, not stupid. I couldn't get out of his office fast enough. More

Excellent! Calvin West et al, did a fantastic job. I inquired about a pre-owned CR-V at 5pm, and by 6:30 I was leaving with the car and had traded in my Accord. I do feel when it came to the financing department they try and hook you for the extra coverage. As I said straight out by asking how much does the program cost. They only continued to say well we can keep your payments close to what the original payment will be even with the extra coverage. I don't like the smoke and mirrors and shanaigans they pull. Not until it was all settled and had time to look over the paperwork was I able to see the true cost. Wow!!!! Way more than they make it sound up front More
