Erica made this process as easy as possible. Their use of technology allowed me to get the time consuming work done ahead of time. Calvin (finance manager) emailed and called to get information ahead of time so all the paperwork would be complete when I arrived. This was BY FAR the best car buying experience I have ever had. It was easy, efficient, friendly, and professional. I can't recommend Erica and Calvin enough--they are THE BEST! I will be back (but not for awhile as I love this car!) More
