The most disrespectful person I have come across when dealing with cars. I can’t believe that Toyota of Naperville lets this man talk to people the way he spoke to me. I was upset because I was told my 2 dealing with cars. I can’t believe that Toyota of Naperville lets this man talk to people the way he spoke to me. I was upset because I was told my 2017 Toyota RAV4 needs a whole new transmission, and instead of giving me financing options and trying to work with me, I get called and angry customer, and that kind of set me off. I’m angry because I’m being told I need to spend $10k to fix it and there’s no other options available, really? This man literally kicked me out of his office and told me that if I was nice to him he could’ve gotten me a whole new transmission for free. I’m sorry, are you the owner of the dealership? Are you some mob boss? Do I have to kiss your butt to get a free transmission? It was honestly disgusting the way he spoke to me. As I was walking away, he yells out, “we will never service your car here again”. Acting as if they’re the only Toyota dealership in town. He should be ashamed of himself with the way he spoke to me. Truly disgusting. More

I had such a wonderful experience with this dealership. Everyone there was very helpful, friendly, and professional. My car was worked on quickly.
