The only improvement could have been in the finance portion - it could have been more organized, and efficient. We felt like we weren't being heard and it was very time consuming. We understood the value of the services being sold but had other reasons for not selecting them that were not being heard. Numbers that were given to us were wrong but we were able to catch it before signing the papers. There was a miscommunication with the deposit and our down payment which cause a delay. All this caused redoing the paperwork and now additional going in to sign something that was forgotten. But overall it was a good experience and appreciate all the guidance during the car buying journey. We love our Subaru and will definitely be back again! More
