Paid 19k cash for a vehicle thats unsafe to drive. Same day i paid 19k abs/brake lights are on. Take it for service & get loaner also has lights on in it? Trying to get a manager no responce. I assumed goin to a big dealership with 19k cash i would get a great working vehicle i could actually drive... Its my birthday i was hopin prayin to get great car & take road trip enjoy my birthday in my new vehicle... Im still in loaner & jus wis i had my 19k back so i can purchase somewher else wher i can get great honest service from dealership who actually cares about their customers.. More
