I brought my 2018 Malibu in for an oil change, and was approached about trading my car in for a new vehicle. I was skeptical at first, as I was very happy with my car and didn't want a higher payment. But approached about trading my car in for a new vehicle. I was skeptical at first, as I was very happy with my car and didn't want a higher payment. But Josue showed me all my options, and was so straightforward with me, and was able to get me into a new car for the same monthly payment I was already making! Everyone at Nimnicht is so helpful, and the whole process from start to finish, was only about 3 hours! I'll recommended this dealership to everyone! More

Nick was an excellent guide from beginning to end. No pressure, informative, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He understood our wants and needs, found ways (with Brent) to make a deal happen. After the sale, he rallied the various other excellent departments to complete the sale paperwork, transfer the insurance, and prep the vehicle. Caden (another excellent employee) took us through the onstar setup and vehicle run through) post sale. This purchase experience was one of the best (and we have had many).
