I contacted Tucson Subaru that I wanted to see a specific Forester that they had on their lot & I was coming from Phoenix. CJ verified that the car was still available. CJ was my first contact and he was with me thru the whole process. Great sense of humor but remained professional and friendly. The technology on this car was pretty overwhelming to me. CJ got me in the driver seat, comfortable with the trim & features. All of my questions were answered. Courteous. Great follow up after the purchase. More
