I have previously written about the exceptional treatment I received when visiting the dealership. Wasn’t sure if I was ready to trade in my seven month old X7 , an incredible vehicle… but I wanted more of a I received when visiting the dealership. As I have said previously , the team was great and in less than an hour I made the decision to swap the X7 for a X5 M60. . Wow , what a vehicle ! The message I want to convey now is the terrific follow up after I took the X5 home. Byron Brisby , the president of BMW Flemington texted me to see if I had any questions and to thank me for my business. Kursad reached out to make sure all was good. Don’t know how many times but Cindy Amin made sure that I was happy and enjoying the X5. This is my fifth BMW…this was the best experience without question.
