Here I go again. Looking back, this is my fifth BMW and it just gets better every time! Flemington has the best internet site to view vehicles and get excited. I was not in the market to turn over my car but got interested after Byron Brisby called and I checked out the website. I finally committed to take a day and visit the dealership. Our previous salesperson was no longer there, and Bill Hinton happen to be at the receptionist desk. We kind of picked each other. I was in a 2015X5 and wanted to stay in the SUV family. Bill pulled a couple vehicles from inventory and our quest began. Took a couple out for a test drive, including an X340iM, but my heart was still on the X5. We finalized the deal, but it was late so I had to come back to pick up my "baby" on Friday! The wait was worth it! Whizzed through the paperwork with Noha Amin. She explained the value of having the maintenance program and the Wheel & Tire Package. All courtesies were extended to myself and my husband and we were happy to be able to complete the transaction with your dealership once again. Reviewed a few more new items on the 2018 and drove home in it. More

Byron and I chatted about what I liked and didn't like about my last vehicle, and seemed to work tirelessly to find me a car that met the standards I had set. The car he found (330 GT M series)--I was literally giddy at the sight--a grown woman just squealing publicly over a car that would eventually have car seats and school stuff inside--but between Noha's seamless/stressless undertaking of financials til we had the perfect plan, and Bill's revealing of the car (that had just arrived that morning) from behind the white curtains--it was magical. From start to finish, everything was handled with easy via email and or text--my pick up and official signing off took less than an hour, and I drove that car out from it's little curtained room and home. So easy, so happy. Took the long way home just to enjoy my alone time with the new ride. More
