Sadly, the used vehicle I purchased will not pass inspection and will not qualify for insurance. There are serious mechanical problems with the vehicle that were NOT revealed to me. In addition, ther inspection and will not qualify for insurance. There are serious mechanical problems with the vehicle that were NOT revealed to me. In addition, there are cosmetic issues that lower the appraised value of the vehicle. I was told that the vehicle had the front bumper replaced. I discovered that the bumper was not the correct one for the model I purchased. Whomever put the wrong bumper on the car used aluminum rails to attached it incorrectly to the front of the car. There are wires hanging down underneath the bumper that are almost dragging on the ground and are for FOG LIGHTS that are supposed to be installed on this model of vehicle. Yet, the incorrect bumper does not have a place to install the fog lights. I used my OBD engine reader to see if there were any serious mechanical problems with the engine. The majority of the functions that the OBD reader scans were "in the red" - showing that these mechanisms/functions are not working correctly. I will be returning the car early this week. If the dealership refuses to allow me to return the vehicle, I was begin the legal process with the claim of DTPA - Deceptive Trade Practices Act. More

Nathan seemed distracted and missed a couple concerns I had mentioned before the service. He did go back and check them and found out if they would be covered under warranty. I was disappointed to find tha had mentioned before the service. He did go back and check them and found out if they would be covered under warranty. I was disappointed to find that the warranty which was sold to us as ‘bumper to bumper’ anything goes wrong its covered was not as it was advertised. The tires were rotated, oil was changed no complaints to the service received. The customer lounge was nice but wish it was a bit cleaner. Nathan stated the air filter was changed when I purchased the truck, I checked the air filter at home to find that information was not correct. Decent customer service, Ms Darby is always great. Thank you for your time. More
