Finance manager added warranty coverage even when I said I didn’t want or need them. Car only had a few thousand miles (1500) and was new yet traded in. I bought a used car that was still covered by manufac I didn’t want or need them. Car only had a few thousand miles (1500) and was new yet traded in. I bought a used car that was still covered by manufacturer warranty and the finance manager and sales manager insisted it wasn’t. Tired of arguing and playing the stalling game by them, I signed to get out of there. I later called Lexus and did confirm my manufacturer warranty is valid and I am covered. Over $10,000 in additional not needed warranty items were added to my bill. And we wonder why car salesman get a bad image….??? More

I am a 65 year old widow and people like me tend to get marginalized. I stopped by because I wanted to see the Defender OCTA. Richard greeted me at the front door with a friendly smile. I saw the OCTA in the showroom and Richard spent a lot of time showing me the features. I paid cash for the OCTA and needed an accommodation because of recent identity theft. Eli was understanding and the transaction was seamless. I was offered a fair price on my trade-in (thank you Bryce) and the staff helped with the DMV paperwork. Richard has been helpful with responding to my questions post-sale. He made sure there is a cold Diet Coke for me when I visited. Very much appreciated in 95 degree weather! It was my first experience with Land Rover. Wow! I’m so impressed. The newly remodeled showroom looks inviting and airy. More

First of all, you have a beautiful show room with a nice staff, Taylor was very professional and good to work with. However, our first experience with Austin at this dealership was very disappointing, we le staff, Taylor was very professional and good to work with. However, our first experience with Austin at this dealership was very disappointing, we left without ever wanting to return and decided to purchase a vehicle from another dealership. We felt Austin was less than honest with us and very pushy. The subsequent day Bryce called and requested we give them another chance. He was very gracious and the reason we returned and purchased a vehicle. Our family has purchased a number of vehicles from a bay area dealership, and it is a far more pleasurable experience. We pay cash for our cars and expect a fair price without the aggressive sales pitch. I also don't like the aggressive sales pitch from the finance manager while signing the documents. It took way to long and felt he was keeping me hostage until I agreed to purchase additional services. He gave me a price for a number of items then when I declined, he continually proposes a lower cost. He came down several times for the cost of each item. Just give me a fair price to begin with and don't try to take advantage of me. More

I have bought several cars from this dealer. I was asked to add a latter to my car. They never told me that they would drilll wholes in the body of the car and that if I ever decided to remove t I was asked to add a latter to my car. They never told me that they would drilll wholes in the body of the car and that if I ever decided to remove the latter the wholes cannot be fixed. Very poor job specially because the car is very expensive. As part of a deal I was offered a rack; I was told that the front of the rack could be removed. It cannot be removed. I drive 65 miles per hour on the freeway and I can hear the wind very loud. Not going back to this Landrover store again. More
