I had an outstanding experience at Sam Pack Chevrolet’s service department! The team went above and beyond, providing exceptional service from start to finish. They arranged a ride to and from work, keepin service department! The team went above and beyond, providing exceptional service from start to finish. They arranged a ride to and from work, keeping me on schedule while my car was being serviced. Throughout the day, I received regular updates on the progress, which gave me peace of mind. The technician even sent a personalized video showing the work being done, which was incredibly transparent and reassuring. Best of all, the repairs were completed right on time as promised. The professionalism and customer care were top-notch, and I’ll definitely be returning to Sam Pack Chevrolet for any future service needs. Highly recommend! More

Came to get a warranty job done and installed a new windshield washer reservoir. All my services were done in just under an hour. Would highly recommend to my family and friends. My service advisor was also very friendly when i showed up and gave me all the information I needed when i showed up. My service technician also took very great care of my vehicle to make sure no messes were left behind from their work. Very professional, would come again. More
