Vehicle was dropped by tow truck on a Thursday. Visited shop on Monday and it had not been checked in. Shop was not even aware they had the vehicle. No communication for 2 weeks. Visited shop after Visited shop on Monday and it had not been checked in. Shop was not even aware they had the vehicle. No communication for 2 weeks. Visited shop after calling and shop was still unaware of the vehicle being on premise. Waited 3 more weeks for parts and repairs to be completed. Unprofessional communication via text from Armand. Picked up vehicle and check engine light was still on and running just as poorly as when dropped off. 6-7 weeks for unsatisfactory results. Will not return or recommend to anyone else. More

well i took my car to get serviced then about two months later i ended up with a hole in my engine.. it took them three weeks to find me a rental. which was an inconvenience because school was was starting later i ended up with a hole in my engine.. it took them three weeks to find me a rental. which was an inconvenience because school was was starting back and i had to get back and forth to work.. and paying to get back and forth while still paying a car note while waiting on them to find a rental car is insane.. heck my new truck engine messing up on me is insane.. then it took 4 months to get my vehicle back.. waiting on a new engine.. communication mix up when they say my vehicle ready.. and it ended up being someone vehicle having came out there just to say it was a mix up.. it was alot.. but i finally have my vehicle back.. i picked it up this thursday..
