Wow. I've worked a number of years in customer service; from retail to restaurant. I'm always the first to defend customer service workers as I know it's I've worked a number of years in customer service; from retail to restaurant. I'm always the first to defend customer service workers as I know it's a thankless job. That being said, I'm completely disgusted by the service I received. I brought my car here 8/15/25 at 10am for service appointment I made online as I was having issues with my Telematic Control Module. They told me the earliest someone could get to my car was Monday afternoon and to leave it through the weekend. Weird, but ok. I trusted them and I got a courtesy shuttle home. I later found out they're not even open on weekends. Why did you make me leave my car all weekend when you knew you couldn't do anything? Anyway, I heard nothing from them Monday (8/16). I called at 4pm at was told "Matt" was my contact guy and she would email him and he'd get back to me by end of day. Well he didn't. So I waited all day Tuesday. Nothing. So I call (again) at 1pm Tuesday and I get the same story: Matt will get back to me by end of day. Well he didn't (again). So after I get off work at 5pm I go there (they close at 6). I ask where Matt is because I want an update on my vehicle. Some kid says "Matt's been off the past 2 days".............What?! So I tell him my husband and I both work. He was off the past couple days but tomorrow (Wednesday), we both have to work and need cars to do that (crazy I know). Some manager comes over with a stack of papers saying mine was "at the top of the pile" and shows me. Cool. I still need a vehicle to get to my job. So we talk and I tell him I'm off Thurs/Fri. He says if I drop my vehicle off Thursday morning he'll put me right back at the top. I did him one better and said I'd drop it off Wednesday evening to make it easier for him. I get off work Wednesday and immediately go to drop it off. Walk right up to the manager and say "Remember me?" He sure does and found my paper and took my keys. Cool. Not cool. I heard literally nothing from them the entire day. So my husband calls at 4:45 and gets the same story. Matt will give us a call by close of business. SOUNDS GREAT. But wait! Behold! Matt calls me! He exists! Matt goes on to let me know they didn't get to my car today and they should get to it "within the next business day". Well if you don't get to it tomorrow (Friday) you ain't getting to it until Monday since you're closed for the weekend. I told him "I was told I'd be at the top of the list. They said I'd be first in" He goes on to say they were "really busy" or something. WITH WHAT. If I'm "at the top of the list" what in the name of all that is holy have you been doing with my car the past 9 hours!? I told him this is ridiculous. I had already ready the Google reviews by this time and told him that. I asked how he finds it acceptable that people are just meant to leave their vehicles there for weeks at time and said it was normal for them or something? Doesn't matter. I work. I need my car. I was never offered a courtesy car. I told him I would be coming to get my car and he said ok. I showed up and they had my car out and keys ready. Just handed them off. No apology. No explanation. Nothing. It seems they're just perfectly content to use their entire lot as a graveyard for vehicles in need of repair. I'm completely baffled that anyone could find this reasonable. More

We won't be coming back to this dealership for sales or service. We have an auto code reader and told them what it said the problem was. After having my car for 5 days instead of 3, they finally called to service. We have an auto code reader and told them what it said the problem was. After having my car for 5 days instead of 3, they finally called to say l needed a new engine, that l had NO oil on my dipstick, so l told them to get it ready for us to pick it up. Thirty minutes later when we arrived the paperwork was still unfinished. After another 20 minutes, we paid $250 to reclaim the car. My husband checked the oil, and it needed 1 quart out of 5 that it holds! We felt like they just didn't want to have to do the required work on the camshaft chain to replace it. Very disappointed in this Chevy dealers service. More
