Quick, efficient and thorough describes the service I received at Carver today. The best part of it is that this is the norm and I experience this on every service visit. My advisor Stacey was fantastic and understands great communication and customer care. This is a well staffed facility with experienced pros who are great at what they do. It may sound odd but I actually look forward to my routine maintenance service visits at Carver who offer great fresh coffee in a spacious waiting room with TVs and WiFi. The friendly sales team is always nice and they make sure they say hello and acknowledge you as a valued customer of the dealership when they see you onsite. More
