Common Sense, thoroughness and efficent I have used 4 different Audi Service departments over 11 years of enjoyable driving 3 Audi's. Bryan and the team in Rockville "say what they do". Its I have used 4 different Audi Service departments over 11 years of enjoyable driving 3 Audi's. Bryan and the team in Rockville "say what they do". Its that simple. Whether its my 11 year old A3 or the 8 month old S7. They make it clear what needs to be done then execute in a timely manner without excuses. Happy to travel a little further for piece of mind. More

The Rockville dealeship has been amazing, Maria is best I took my Q7 2007 for a service routine in the morning, two weeks ago. The service manager called me on the same day saying the repair report will be I took my Q7 2007 for a service routine in the morning, two weeks ago. The service manager called me on the same day saying the repair report will be ready the next morning.On the next day around noon I received the report with the list of repair that my car needed after being parked for one year while I was in Dubai for work. The repair list was long and costly.. I called (Maria Cokinos) the same sales person who sold me the "Q7" and and an "A4" , asking her opinion. Maria suggested to me to move forward with a 2016 Audi and gave me couple options to fit my budget. Maria was professional, knowledgeable and quick. Maria knew what I wanted, she was able to provide me with the perfect car to fit my life style & my budget in the desired color and the interior color too. Maria also worked closely with the financial department to make sure I return home with the new car. I ended up leasing a beautiful Q3 2016 in a white exterior and a black interior, drove home with the new car and loving it. Looking forward to buy a Porshe Macon from Maria Cokinos in 2017. I love working with Maria Cokinos, I will always go back to the Audi dealership in Rockville and will look for Maria again!! More

Maria Cokinos facilitated my seamless purchase 6 years ago and has offered her professional assistance with any questions or concerns long after her excellent sales work. Recently I experienced an unusual and serious problem with my Q5 and Maria led me to Bryan Webster to oversee the repairs and tirelessly advocate for me every step of the way. They both provided service that was well above and beyond what was required and treated my concerns with respect and expediency. Bryan managed and anticipated all the needs of this repair to stay ahead of what could have been a much longer process. His appreciation for my concerns and informative updates showed experience and excellence in customer care;. He worked carefully to ensure every detail was at the minimal cost and impact to me as the owner. My convenience and satisfaction was as much a priority as the quality of work performed. A loaner was provided even before my car could be transferred to Audi Rockville's care! Service Department lacking When taking delivery of my CPO A6 it was found that the glove box had a broken latch. This was somehow missed by the service department during the CP When taking delivery of my CPO A6 it was found that the glove box had a broken latch. This was somehow missed by the service department during the CPO process despite the fact that it was clearly listed on the CPO checklist. During the sale it was noted in all of the paperwork that the latch needed repaired and all the parts were put on order. I took the car home very happy with my sales experience. However, dealing with the service department has turned out to be less than desired. When the parts came in about a week and a half later, I promptly made an appointment and drove the two hours back to Rockville to have the repair done. Four hours later I was informed that they did not have all the parts and I would have to come back. So, four hours of driving wasted. A week later, Bryan called and informed me the parts were in. I verified with the parts department that everything was in fact there and then I made another appointment. I drove back down and after another 3-4 hours of waiting, I was informed that they still needed another part: the lock for the glove box. So an additional 4 hours of driving time wasted. I was told by Bryan that they would send me the lock and I could install it myself. Fine. I left with the glove box mostly fixed. When the lock arrived it turned out I couldn't install it because the glove box door latch needed to be removed again. I eventually called Audi of America who got involved and with their help, and the help of Corey Pardue in Rockville Audi sales, I was able to have the final work done with my local dealer and it is finally complete nearly four months after the sale date. It is unfortunate that I was lied to multiple times while dealing with the Rockville Audi service department. I would not recommend them for service although their sales department was great. More
