Bryan was very professional and courteous. He suggested when I called him to verify my 4pm appt to bring it in as soon as I could that he wanted to make sure the repair was done i arrived 1157 and he made when I called him to verify my 4pm appt to bring it in as soon as I could that he wanted to make sure the repair was done i arrived 1157 and he made sure the problem was diagnosed ASAP. HE also made sure my warranty company was contacted and got that taken care off so no outta pocket expense for me, unlike when i had my truck serviced at Wes Haney. It was an additional 12 miles to get to Rountree but so much worth i live in Perry Florida but Bryan made it a very pleasurable experience Ur dealership needs more associates like Bryan hes an asset to ur company. He even told me make any future appts on a Monday there are free donuts for waiting customers if i need any maintenance or repair 1st person ill call is Bryan at rountree thanks for listening More
