I have been coming here for service for 16 years and is it close to my house? No I drive 48 miles round trip why you ask when I have another Lexus dealership much closer to my house but I feel the service it close to my house? No I drive 48 miles round trip why you ask when I have another Lexus dealership much closer to my house but I feel the service and expertise I get from this place far outweighs the drive and I could always do the valet service but I would miss the attention to detail and also the muffins in the cafe from Pam and the way she treats me is well worth it! More

Mark is my go to when it comes to my vehicle. He always goes above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is in good order and makes sure I know what I should be looking out for in the future. I real He always goes above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is in good order and makes sure I know what I should be looking out for in the future. I really appreciate the flexibility of being able to drop my vehicle off a day before and the ability to use a loner vehicle. It really makes a difference! I never have to miss work and I know the car is repaired correctly every time. They also vacuumed the interior of my car and gave it a car wash! It’s really no question that I’ll be back in the future and I’ll be suggesting Herb Chambers Lexus to my friends and family. Thanks again! More

There was a service campaign for my 2024 model car, and the valet took the car from my house as I am living far from the service and left a loaner. Evenif I have been informed that my car will be back in d the valet took the car from my house as I am living far from the service and left a loaner. Evenif I have been informed that my car will be back in during the same day, when I asked them, they said it would be returned the day after. I told them I won't be at home as I am working and I have arranged myself by thinking that the car will be back on the same day. I asked them to bring my car back after 5 pm when I arrive home but valet called me in the morning and told me that he is leaving the service to drop my car and they can't drop after 5 pm. So, I had to leave the office and cancel my scheduled meetings. I have been informed that all vehicles receive a complimentary wash and vacuum with every service, but it wasn't the case for my car. It came back as it was before. Everything was totally unorganized! It was my first service experience, but it wasn't the best one. More
