great customer service!!! Went to show wife new rav 4 . Ended up going home with one. Salesman Bryan Harrison came to introduce himself and like a pro explained and showed us every feature on the vehicle. Without any pressure he got us a great deal and helped make the process smooth and quick. After having the vehicle for a month or so he called to see if all was well. I told him we had gotten a substantial scratch on driver door when we took to dealership to have tps sensor replaced. Later that week went to dealership called Bryan Harrison on his cell phone , he told me he was on vacation but said he would come in and assist me with getting vehicle dropped off and also helped me get a loaner.
