Great service! I called Bryan at the dealership, he was very helpful and arranged a time and day to meet. It wasn't long after meeting Bryan in person that I knew I I called Bryan at the dealership, he was very helpful and arranged a time and day to meet. It wasn't long after meeting Bryan in person that I knew I could trust him. Within just a few hours I drove away in my new Toyota! Everyone I encountered at Fred Anderson was helpful and courteous. Fantastic to work with Bryan Bryan was professional and fantastic to work with on the purchase of my Highlander. I went to several other dealerships in the area and Bryan was by Bryan was professional and fantastic to work with on the purchase of my Highlander. I went to several other dealerships in the area and Bryan was by far the best to work with. No run around like I experienced with the other Toyota dealerships in RDU. I wish I would of started my new car search with him first. He knew the vehicle inside and out and was very professional and fair when we discussed pricing. For my next vehicle I will definitely see Bryan. I would also like to mention Mike Hardy who was the finance manager who finalized the paperwork on the sale. He was very helpful, professional, and great to work with. I highly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota and these two gentlemen. More

Fair, forthcoming and honest First new car buying experience for me, but I went in with a fair bit of knowledge and research. These guys respected the information I had and were First new car buying experience for me, but I went in with a fair bit of knowledge and research. These guys respected the information I had and were very honest and forthcoming with vehicle availability and pricing. The negotiation process was simple and straightforward with a minimum of back-and-forth. Bryan took the time to answer all of my questions and helped in every way possible to speed the paperwork process. In finance, Larry had all the necessary paperwork lined up and worked diligently to get all my documentation completed as quickly as possible. A very clean dealership experience, too. The building is open and airy and it shows the management takes pride in their facility. A true pleasure to work with, all around. More
