He was a great listener, paying attention to our needs. This generated trust. He made it easy for us to make a decision to accelerate the purchase. The simple let's "check those cars" ended up with us driving out of Fred Anderson Toyota in a new vehicle. Fun experience! More

The finance department person was intense and quite pushy with unwanted additions to the financing. However, the the overall experience was excellent. The price remained as we had agreed through the online venue and Bryan even threw in a rear spoiler to seal the deal. This is my 9th Camry and their service department is well run with integrity and is a huge plus when buying from Fred Anderson. More
