We dropped in to test drive a vehicle at Karl Flammer Ford and Lloyd greeted us with a smile and a handshake. He answered all of our questions and gave us pricing. We informed him that we had another vehicle test drive at a different dealership and would let him know what we decided. About an hour and a half later, we were back at Karl Flammer Ford to make a purchase! Bryan was able to take care of all the paperwork. Special shout out to Lucas, Susanne and Steve for all of their help. Great group to work with when buying a new vehicle. No sales pressure, no nonsense. We even received a call the next day asking us to come back in and sign paperwork as Susanne found another $500 discount for us! More
