Not knowing if my wife wanted the Macan or Cayenne, Bruce was a very pleasant and caring representative that explained everything there was to know about those two cars. Unlike many, Bruce was very client-centric and focused on only helping us, rather than selling us. My wife's BMW lease will end next week and we will pick up a Macan S from Bruce next week. It is truly inspiring to see someone working for Porsche for so long because you can sincerely feel his passion and energy that he really loves what he does every day! Sometimes when we don't utilize a certain feature for awhile, we tend to forget about how it is used. A quick call to Bruce refreshes our memory. He is very professional and patient with me and my wife. During my last visit, Jamey explained all of the financial administration in a manner that was clear and most professional yet relaxed. It's important to me to feel a sense of trust when dealing with finances. I have this feeling at Hennessy. The service department is excellent. My last contact with Matt and Zak actually made me feel that I was receiving professional advice in a manner that was not condescending. They spoke with me in a relaxed professional manner and through their patience and explanation of my questions and concerns my wife and I made the decision to purchase another Boxster S.
