Usually when dealing with various people at any business it is just natural to perhaps take a liking to a particular person, perhaps because of their personality, or perhaps they remind you of someone you know. But friends, this was not the case at BCS Auto Sales. In my few hours I spent at their site I probably had an interaction with at least five different people, and I can honestly say they were all equally nice. This review was not solicited in any way by any of the staff at BCS. In fact, I was so impressed by the service that I actually inquired if there was some place I could write a review about my experience there. "Unknowingly" sold us a vehicle with an aftermarket back up camera (which has stopped working) and upon calling to see if it had been stated in the original paperwork I am being told: "We didn't know, we we up camera (which has stopped working) and upon calling to see if it had been stated in the original paperwork I am being told: "We didn't know, we weren't told, what do you want us to do?" Well, considering it only took our local mechanic 10 mins to tell us it was aftermarket, BCS' excuse of "not knowing" doesn't cut it for me. It's pretty simple, do you or do you not inspect your vehicles? How can you sell something you don't have all the information for and then have the audacity to tell me it's our fault for not asking previously? Albeit innocent or negligent, the customer service at BCS is unconscionable. More
