This is the 2nd Mercedes-Benz that I have purchased from this dealership. She doesn't really try to sell me on anything as much as she listens to what is important to me, and then fits my likes and dislikes with the product. I appreciate being listened to. She is the best automotive sales person with which I have ever worked. The service Department is equally outstanding. When I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance, I was always given a loaner (clean and late model) to use until I could get mine back, or they would take me to work and come back and get me when they were through, and they always kept me informed of what was going on with my car. They treated me as if I were some kind of celebrity and were always courteous and helpful. I used to buy Jaguars ( 4 of them) They are beautiful cars but they just don't seem to reach the same level of sophistication and "State of the Art Technology" that you can get in a Mercedes-Benz.
