August 1, 2023, I had an 8:00 appt to replace a tire. It is now 1:18pm and my vehicle has not been looked. When I arrived I was informed the service managers and technicians are in a lunch meeting. Needless to say, we dropped the vehicle off at 5pm the day before. This is unacceptable and for sure not the standards nor the integrity of the company.
