Driving a New Prius I bought a new Tacoma back in 2001 and returned now (2020) to see if any Toyota car suited my needs. Abbie Hamid took the time to show me the Prius mo I bought a new Tacoma back in 2001 and returned now (2020) to see if any Toyota car suited my needs. Abbie Hamid took the time to show me the Prius models even though he was busy and I was just looking. Ended up returning to the dealership, working with Abbie, and bought one of the cars he showed me that first day. Abbie was very helpful and the paperwork for financing with Jim Krause was very efficient and went quickly - I was very impressed. I needed a drive to the dealership to pick up my new Prius the following day and really appreciated the ride with Bob (shuttle driver) who was friendly and considerate. Chelsea did a very good job explaining all of the technology and answering all of my questions. Overall, I would have to give everyone an "excellent" for being knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. I would, once again, recommend a Toyota vehicle, and refer friends and family to to the Del Toyota Dealership. More

Awesome!!!!! I never enjoyed car shopping or dealing with dealerships. Always found the experience lacking. But, Del Toyota turned that around for me. From the moment I got the initial contact from them until the whole deal was done, it was nothing but satisfactory. What impressed me with our Salesman, Steve Musser, is that he was so on the ball, it actually took me by surprise. From the very first contact, he was very courteous and to the point, did not try to talk me into a million things (which turns me off right away) and his answers to my questions were absolutely on point, and that matters alot to me, I do not like a lot of gobbledegook. This was my first time leasing instead of buying. I was bombarding Steve with a lot of questions and he responded very quickly to me. That is a definite plus in my book. When we met with the sales manager (Brian Sweet), he had everything ready on his desk, no shuffling around, no trying to rush us and answered every question patiently to us. With all that said, it was the easiest and most efficient signup, we were out in 25 minutes or fewer. It went smooth and timely, I loved it, our time was not wasted, we felt very confident in our decision, there was no doubt or remorse that maybe we should not have done the deal. I worked in restaurants for many years and word of mouth works better than any paid advertising. I have already talked to lots of co-workers and family members about how good this experience was and would suggest Del Toyota and its staff to anyone who wants to buy or lease a car. More

No surprises, no games. Just an honest presentation of the lease specifics and we were on our way. Very much appreciated, Jim! Outside Derek handed me the keys and introduced us to Brian. A delightful guy who knows everything about the vehicle. Derek and Brian walked us to our new Tundra which was a beauty to behold. It was cleaned and polished to perfection with a full tank, ready to rock. Brian quickly identified the vehicle features and technology applications important to us (Apple CarPlay, Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Break-In procedures, Multi-Information Display) and custom-tailored the presentation. This was my first Toyota purchase and thanks to Brian's thorough explanation I felt comfortable accessing all the features right away. There are quite a few Toyota dealerships between DC and Thorndale, PA. However, none matched the caliber of the sales team and the deal.
