This was my first car purchase and my second dealership I had visited that day. This experience was so much different and I was so much more satisfied with my overall experience. My girlfriend and I were greeted by Rizk at the door and he was charismatic throughout the entire 3 hours of walking me through all the different car options and how to get something that fit my budget. He was very aware of how unfamiliar I was with the whole process and made it clear how/why we made each decision we made. I would highly recommend him to anyone else looking for a quality Toyota experience.
