New Toyota Car Shopping Experience This was our first Toyota purchase and will not be our last! We have been loyal Nissan owners and were sold on the Highlander as our new Midsize SUV. This was our first Toyota purchase and will not be our last! We have been loyal Nissan owners and were sold on the Highlander as our new Midsize SUV. The atmosphere of the customer lounge and the dealership made us feel very welcomed. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by my salesman, Abbie Hamid. He did a great of showing me cars to choose from. The GM, Jimmy Lopez went above and beyond for ensuring that we got a great deal on a 2019 Highlander Limited Platinum.
