not that impressed . . no urgency .. OK, well I have a new vehicle for a month. I drove in it for five days because I've been too many problems with the tires that cannot . no urgency .. OK, well I have a new vehicle for a month. I drove in it for five days because I've been too many problems with the tires that cannot get fixed for a third time it's in for service and they can't figure it out so they have to call higher up people in acura to figure out what they're going to do with the problem so I have known brand new vehicle that cost $56,000 and I don't have it in my hands. How's that? More

My service experience was excellent. They kept me up to date on the progress of the service on my car, kept me up to date on expected costs and reasoning behind their recommendations.
