"A Classy Dealership" After a rather DISTURBING visit to a Toyota dealership on the 'Dark Side' of the Bourne Bridge, my wife and I visited Cape Cod's Falmouth Toyota, look After a rather DISTURBING visit to a Toyota dealership on the 'Dark Side' of the Bourne Bridge, my wife and I visited Cape Cod's Falmouth Toyota, looking for a pre-owned pick-up truck. Brian Nascarella greeted us, actually listened to us, and then showed us several Tacomas that fit our needs and our budget. After we drove a Tacoma Access Cab that had caught our fancy, Brian provided the service history of the truck, explained the extended coverage and benefits of the Certified Pre-Owned program and professionally and politely asked if we had other concerns or questions. When we told Brian we wanted to think about it and consider other options, he did not try to tie us to a chair, hide our keys, or subject us to a parade of managers intent upon insisting we 'do the deal today.' I researched this particular model on-line, comparison shopped another make of truck, and became convinced that this Tacoma was the one I wanted. We returned to Falmouth Toyota the next day to negotiate a fair price for the truck...without drama, pain or suffering. The entire process was pleasant. Amy Killoran, our Finance Manager, handled the paperwork in a courteous, expedition manner. The truck was ready when it was promised, clean, with a full tank of gas. An hour after taking delivery, my cell phone rang. Matt Murphy, the General Manager of Falmouth Toyota, personally called to ensure that we were entirely satisfied with the truck and our buying experience. More importantly, Mr. Murphy thanked us for buying our vehicle from Falmouth Toyota. My wife and I have been buying vehicles for over 45 years. We've had good experiences and we've had bad experiences. Our buying experience with Falmouth Toyota, especially with Brian, Amy, and Mr. Murphy, ranked right at the top. More

Surprise Surprise Surprise I'd been dreading the whole car buying process, knowing how most dealerships try to manipulate customers. So, when I walked into Falmouth Toyota, it I'd been dreading the whole car buying process, knowing how most dealerships try to manipulate customers. So, when I walked into Falmouth Toyota, it was with some trepidation. I was trading in a 2003 Toyota that had been totally trouble free, but felt it was time. The sales manager, Keith, introduced my husband and I to Brian, and from then on, the whole car buying experience was not only a good experience, it was actually pleasant and fun. Brian didn't try any of the typical sales tactics that we'd encountered in the past, he didn't manipulate the cost or the charges, and he didn't try to sell us what we didn't want. He actually asked us what we wanted, we knew (2014.5 Toyota Camry) what we wanted, found it in the parking lot, and that was that. I'm still amazed at the professionalism and courtesy of everyone we interacted with. As a matter of fact, I highly recommended the dealership to my friend who went up the following week and leased a vehicle. Much to my surprise, a week later, I received a $50 thank you check. Wouldn't even consider going anywhere else ever for a new or used vehicle. More

Brian Nascarella listened to my needs/concerns and recommended a couple of cars that I should test drive. Quickly I was able to find the best car for my needs. Brian said he would find the car I wanted and called me in a few days to pick it up. I didn't have to go to the Registry. Some time ago, I purchased a new car. from another dealer. The sales person was in such a rush he handed me a screwdriver and told me to put my own license plates on the new car. This would never happen at Falmouth Toyota. At Falmouth Toyota you are treated right so you will be a repeat customer. The service department is the best service department that I have ever dealt with on Cape Cod, especially Tony and Taylor. I am a little cautious when dealing with service departments. A number of years ago, I left my car for the day at a competitor to be serviced. I got a ride to the dealership after work to pick up my car. When I got there, I was told that they did not have time to finish my car and it would be ready the next day. I was stranded without my car or ride. Why won't they call to tell me about the delay? This will not happen at Falmouth Toyota. At Falmouth Toyota, they do what they say they will do and call you if they have any questions or concerns about your car. More

My wife & I just had an excellent sales experience - no pressure, relaxed, open conversation - explained the features of the new car versus those of the car we would trade-in. Brian explained the pricing - all aspects & options - we understand the finances. Anthony's inspection of our trade-in was fair - no problems. This was the most relaxed auto sales experience we have ever had - going back to the early 1960's. More

My experience from Falmouth Toyota was a very positive one beginning with my first inquiry that I made online. I worked with Brian and he answered questions and explained things very clearly. I chose to finance a portion of the sale and that too was very clearly explained and the process very easy. i highly recommend working with Brian Nascarella and Falmouth Toyota. i feel I got a good deal and I can easy see why they are held in high regards with their service and reputation. We expressed an interest in a car that was a color that they did not have on the lot. They did not try to sell us a car in a color we did not want but instead made a trade with another dealer for the car they did not have on the lot.
