We had a great experience getting a brand new car at Zeigler Honda. Danny Lopez, our salesperson, was professional, friendly and offered thoughtful insights making what's typically a stressful process, Zeigler Honda. I was greeted by everyone at the service drive as soon as I pulled in. But I was help by Prince Jones and the service manager, Johnny this go around. Serviced my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They stated they “fixed”. Got my car back and had issues that I wasn’t experiencing prior to them working on my car. Dealership took ZERO accountabil They stated they “fixed”. Got my car back and had issues that I wasn’t experiencing prior to them working on my car. Dealership took ZERO accountability and told me I should take to another dealership. Worst experience ever! More

I am on a 7 hour drive, driving north about 3/4s of the way through. My check engine light popped on. Along with every other light on my dash. And this was the nearest shop/Honda dealership to me. I was in way through. My check engine light popped on. Along with every other light on my dash. And this was the nearest shop/Honda dealership to me. I was in a panic. Worried about cost, was i going to make my friends wedding..... So I'm sure i was difficult to handle. But this is why I'm leaving this review, they were so nice and so upbeat that I felt they were truly there to help. Which I believe that kind of customer service is so hard to get. Thanks again Service Dept. More
