Dropped off car with out dings picked up with bad ding! 2017 Prius Touring with extras! We drove it out of our garage directly to the dealer for an oil change; parked it in the oil change line (Not near any 2017 Prius Touring with extras! We drove it out of our garage directly to the dealer for an oil change; parked it in the oil change line (Not near any other vehicles) Picked it up parked out back (again it wasn't near any other vehicles) It had a screw in the tire and they were told not to repair, just add air; well they didn't repair, but had removed the screw, so it went flat quickly. I had them put air in it and took it to the tire shop where as we were walking around to drop it off seen the dent! The car wasn't anywhere but the dealer ship and cont in my possession. Their Managers response...Not our responsibility? With out even looking into anything! More

This is my wife's car and she is doing the review It was very easy to schedule time for the service needed. The staff is very attentive and responds well to questions and any issues that may occur. They did see that I needed new tires and quoted a very good price that I could not find anywhere else that could compete. While they did the tires, they found I needed a front end alignment and did it right away with my approval. The atmosphere is pleasant and customer friendly and the waiting area is quite nice and very clean. It is a very good place to do business as they are quite competitve in prices and quality of service. More

Took quite a long time I have been coming to Gates Toyota for oil changes for 6 years. Had never had a problem until the last year, culminating with this last visit. I arrov I have been coming to Gates Toyota for oil changes for 6 years. Had never had a problem until the last year, culminating with this last visit. I arroved at 6:55 and my vehicle was not done with its oil change until just after 9am. I was sitting in the waiting room talking with 2 other customers who arrived at 7:50 and 8am and were both finished and out of there by 8:55. I was told it was supposed to be first come, first serve by the employee working the desk and he apologized for the wait. This has now happened 3 times in the last 1.5 years which is very frustrating. Would just warn people that you might be there for a while if you go for an oil change. More
