I was nervous about using a non-local dealer but this was worth the drive and more. There was the tiniest of scratch from shipping and they let me know as soon as it was noticed. They offered multiple solutions to make it right. This is a level of honesty that is becoming rare today. To be honest from my side I might not have even noticed, a lesser dealer might have said nothing. I have developed a large amount of trust for the dealer as a whole in a very short amount of time. I have complete trust taking my vehicle there to be serviced; I got to experience first hand the honesty of the dealership and Josh. This is the kind of customer service that everyone hopes for but is rare toady. As far as Im concerned this is the only dealer worth dealing with in NC. The finance manager got me an incredible deal and was not overly pushy when it came to extended warranties and the like. I am extremely happy with the deal I got and the level of customer service that I was given overall. Fantastic experience. More

Probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever experienced! Researching their inventory the night before, I had picked a first and a second choice Forester. When I showed up, all the staff were pl experienced! Researching their inventory the night before, I had picked a first and a second choice Forester. When I showed up, all the staff were pleasant and easy to talk to. They made time to learn about me and my hubby, where we’ve lived and what I liked to do and how I needed the vehicle to work for me (I have a 55# dog—need I say more?). THEN we talked about the vehicles I had chosen. Both were brought for me to test drive (but I only needed my first choice — which was still available). They examined my trade in while out for the test drive, and had everything ready to review when I returned. The offer for my trade in was in line with KBB. The price for the new vehicle was quite competitive. The financing with their incentive program was selected, and paperwork drawn up. None of the “I have to go talk to my manager” nonsense. Then hubby and I were given a tutorial on some of the features and the new Crimson Red Forester came home with us! More

This was a great experience at Randy Marion Subaru from start to finish. I was not initially looking at a Subaru for a potential new car, but decided to go check them out based on a recommendation. Being l start to finish. I was not initially looking at a Subaru for a potential new car, but decided to go check them out based on a recommendation. Being less familiar with the brand than others I had a lot of questions and Dave was there to answer them all. If he didn’t know an answer, he talked with the right people to find out. Over the course of a week of new car searching and several test drives I went from not knowing much about the brand to the new 2026 Subaru Outback being one of my top contenders. Dave followed up with me throughout as I did my own research and was never overly pushy. He respected my timeline and the process I wanted to follow in my car search. All this is to say Dave is the kind of sales person you hope to get, he’s focused on supporting you in your search the way you want to do it. When it came time to close the deal there wasn’t a bunch of time and frustrations spent haggling. They presented me with a respectable offer to start and were receptive to my counter based on nearby markets and other factors. And once again, Dave was all about me having the information and time to make the decision I needed. Of course a sense of urgency is expected in negotiations but Randy Marion Subaru never made me feel overly pressured. So why did I buy? 1) I ended up really liking the new 2026 Outback Touring XT (obviously). 2) Dave made the experience so palatable I simply didn’t want to deal with anyone else anymore. If you are looking for a new set of wheels and want an experience without dealing with a lot of the drawbacks that make many people dread the process then go to Randy Marion Subaru. You’ll at least have a good experience and if you are lucky to get Dave, it will more than likely end up being a great experience! Here’s a few other Pros for this dealer: They were able to quickly dealer trade to get me the exact color/features I wanted for a car that has only been out a few months. They made the financing and trade in experience as simple as it could be (once again answering quite a few questions). And they have continued to follow up since the sale with me (and answer more questions about my new car). Thank you Dave, Ashton, and Brian at Randy Marion Subaru. More
