Brian Morga-Espinoza greeted me on both visits and inquired what was my purpose for visit. He showed and let me test drive the two vehicles I was trying to decide between. Tari Brewer was pleasant to work with. She let me come to my own finance conclusions without pressure. She was easy to work with for completing all the completion of sale paperwork. More

Pros: - Everyone I dealt with was nice and polite. - I was given my refund for my deposit in a timely manner and with no fuss. Cons: - I was given either no update or vague updates about the st - I was given my refund for my deposit in a timely manner and with no fuss. Cons: - I was given either no update or vague updates about the status of my in-transit vehicle when I asked for updates. (example: Your car is in New Mexico waiting for a train (I have since learned HR-V’s never go to New Mexico they go to Texas when they cross into the US.) - My timeline was “3-5 weeks but it could arrive any day!”…six weeks later… - They sell their cars at MSRP but add $1900 to the car before it arrives that the customer has no say in. - I called and told them I was cancelling my order. I said I would come the next morning right around when they open. No one was prepared or really knew why I was there when I arrived. The whole process could have been taken care of over the phone but of course at this point I was not surprised no one communicated that to me. Overall not a great experience. Found out the truth and answers from another Honda dealership in town that now has my business. This was a lesson learned for me but now I know better about how dealers can operate and how I would like communication to go as a customer. More
