I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership, particularly with the so-called "manager" Brian English. The customer service was abysmal, and the professional demeanor was severely lac dealership, particularly with the so-called "manager" Brian English. I'd advise others to steer clear of this place, as the management is weak and clearly not invested in providing a good customer experience. It's a shame, really, as this dealership used to be excellent and deserving of the BMW name. Unfortunately, it's devolved into a garage sale market. I know several long-time customers who have recently switched to another dealership due to the new management, and I don't blame them one bit. More
