Service advisor was friendly, but warned me early that I could be charged for one of my issues if there was found to be "no problem" ... for a vehicle fully under warranty. (How am I supposed to know if the could be charged for one of my issues if there was found to be "no problem" ... for a vehicle fully under warranty. (How am I supposed to know if there is an issue, without asking the professionals to inspect it?) Aside from that, my main concern (engine overheating, faulty thermostat) was repaired and resolved, but a secondary concern (leaking washer fluid reservoir) was reported as "no problem found". The day after I returned home, the still-existing blue puddle under my car indicated there was indeed still an issue that would now require a return visiti. I live 20 miles away so this is not a simple task. My car was also not washed/vacuumed as promised, and if the 100-plus point inspection was done (also promised) I was told nothing about the outcome of that. Generally mediocre service is how I woudl describe this experience. More
