We utilized this dealer before in 2020 to lease a new Jeep and found them to be financially transparent and fair, during a time when every dealer was extorting customers due to the pandemic. So when we turned in our leased vehicle unintendedly we saw a pre-owned truck that we decided to buy. There was a big sign under new management but when we asked about it we were told it was still the same ownership and under the same umbrella as before. Overall it ended well but the selling sequencing and financial transparency were both borderline shady. You must watch the finance rate and fully read the deal sheet before agreeing to anything as they enter in numbers they indicate are not final, They don't disclose their final proposal until you are technically at the end of the transaction and invested. This then leads to unnecessary wrangling and while we had a pre-approved rate (which was sent to the dealership in advance) to which they eventually honored, the subterfuge made for a poor client experience and a strong perception of impropriety. Our Sales person was new and very good but clearly has been given little information himself to be able to communicate truthfully. Pricing seems consistent and comparable on pre-owned options. Also when doing the self service credit application the fields all auto populate with previous customers information when any key was hit. I did bring this to the attention of one of the Managers as they need to get IT to fix it or find a more secure method of entering sensitive information if they can not properly clear the fields. Lastly final touches like filling the gas tank were not done and we did have to go back for plates something to do with the title. On the flip side to all this in the end we got everything resolved but be very careful should you find yourself working with this establishment. More
